This Digital Breakfast Workshop is organised by the clc in collaboration with Go Digital, a programme developed by the House of Entrepreneurship.

In order to comply with distance selling regulations, it is not enough to publish general terms and conditions of sale on one’s e-shop. This workshop addresses the various other aspects that every professional must comply with before opening an online shop, to reduce the risk of litigation.

The subject is dealt with from an entrepreneurial angle without any legal jargon.

The car park of the Chamber of Commerce (7 rue Alcide de Gasperi – Kirchberg, 2981 Luxembourg) is at your disposal and free of charge.
